Kassandra Hair & Nails – Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully so you are fully aware of your rights and responsibilities when booking with Kassandra Hair & Nails. By making a booking, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Appointments & Consultations

Consultations are recommended but not compulsory. They allow us to understand your hair or nail needs, discuss your desired outcome, and set realistic expectations for your service.

Bookings & Deposits

Some services (including colour treatments, keratin, packages, or extended appointments) may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits must be paid within 7 days of invoice issue.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Failure to pay by the due date may result in your booking being released. Any deposit paid will be deducted from your final service total.

The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Changes to Services

Once your booking is confirmed, booked services cannot be reduced. Any removed services will still be charged in full.

Adding Services

Additional services may be added depending on availability and timing. Please notify us as early as possible if you wish to make changes.

Appointment Times

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation if we are unable to accommodate delays, and full charges may still apply.

Public Holidays & Sundays

Sundays incur a 10% surcharge

Public holidays incur a 20% surcharge

Salon Etiquette

Please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed.

Children must be supervised at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully toward staff or clients.

Results & Refunds

Due to the nature of hair and nail services, refunds are not offered. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Privacy Policy

At Kassandra Hair & Nails, we respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide through our website or booking system (such as your name, email address, or phone number) is used solely to manage appointments and communicate with you.

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties
